Training… critical to building a successful company
Part of the benefit of joining a franchise system is not only the system itself, but being properly trained on how to execute the model. We are firm believers on continual training at all levels within the organization. To that end, we have developed Senior Helpers University.
Senior Helpers University, what is it?
Senior Helpers University is an organized, multifaceted program designed to address the training needs of new franchise owners, existing franchise owners, franchisee support staff and our caregivers. It has been developed both internally by our Director of Training and Development and by using external subject matter experts. The result is a dynamic program targeted at continually enhancing the knowledge of our team.
For new owners…
Once your franchise is awarded, you will begin our pre-opening process. This process (and all of the associated tasks that you need to complete to open your business) is documented in our intranet based pre-opening task list and tied to our training objectives. Training begins on day one and continues to Corporate training (5 days in Baltimore, Maryland) and through your on-site visit.
Ongoing development…
Training doesn’t end after you open your business… that is just the beginning! We continually offer updated trainings through “webinars”, conference calls, written modules, flash tutorials and other media so you can learn according to your schedule. We also provide module based training to our caregivers so they can enhance their skills to deliver superior customer service.
