Each of our franchise owners works in his or her franchise a little bit differently; some work as delegators and managers, working with staff to create great client experiences, while others work hands on with clients. Regardless of your style—delegator or hands on worker—it is important to feel compassion for your clients and work to make their experiences in senior care as wonderful as possible. We got into this business because we care, and we expect you to care, too.
People with a Willingness to Work Hard
As a business owner, there can be no doubt that you will be responsible for a lot of work. It is important for new franchisees to remember that they get out of franchising what they put into it, so a motivation to work hard is essential.
Senior Helpers franchisees benefit from the resources that we offer, including our tested systems, marketing teams, and popular service offerings, but our resources are not enough. It is up to the franchise owners to work with the resources and build up a strong business. Marketing, advertising, bookkeeping, managing, hiring, and many others are on the list of things that owners do every day.

One of the many great things about Senior Helpers is that each of our franchisees is unique and brings something different to the table. This is because we look for people of diverse backgrounds and experiences to invest in our brand.
People with caregiving experience are good candidates for investing with us, as are people with business owning experience. However, many of our franchisees came to us with experience only in a typical, corporate environment and they have been able to build amazing franchises. The variety of experience is what makes our franchise family so wonderful.
