Starting Your Senior Care Franchise

Online Training
Our support includes an initial period of 115 hours of critical online training. This includes coverage of a wide range of topics, giving you a solid foundation from which to grow and thrive. You can expect to work through this training week by week as you prepare to open your business. You’ll also be meeting weekly with your dedicated franchise operations manager to answer any questions regarding the online training.
In-Person Training
At the completion of your online training, you’ll be invited for a 6-day in-person training session at our Franchise Support Center in Towson, Maryland. This will give you a more in-depth skills and training that will cover everything from marketing, operations, recruiting and hiring, assessments and so much more! Crucially, this component of your training will give you the hands-on training necessary to own and operate your business successfully. Once you leave this training, you’ll be confident and ready to open your doors! so
Ongoing Training and Education
As a Senior Helpers franchisee, the support and guidance never ends! We provide ongoing training for every franchise owner, so you’ll have constant access to key educational resources. This includes having access to a dedicated franchise operations manager from our support team- they are basically your business best friend and will be there to answer your questions along the way. Our goal is to give you the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and better service the seniors in your community. Our ongoing support includes one-on-one coaching to give you a leg-up on the competition and keep you up-to-date on the latest trends within the industry.
Specialized Support
As a senior care provider, you will need to provide services for a wide range of different needs. So, as part of our senior care franchise support services, Senior Helpers provides specialized training to give you the vast array of knowledge and skills needed to provide the right care for seniors in your community. These specialized training modules for your caregivers include:
