Your Journey Towards Senior Care Franchise Ownership
With a step-by-step process in place, we lay out a straightforward path toward franchise ownership that helps new franchisees hit the ground running. We’ll help you carry your passion and drive onward in the work you do from day one.
Here’s a look at the process you’ll engage in to open a Senior Helpers franchise location:
Initial Call
When you reach out to us, we’ll have an introductory conversation about our available franchise territories and your goals as a business owner. We’ll discuss your background in general terms and give you a better idea of what you can expect from your investment in a senior care franchise. We’ll additionally request that you complete a brief preliminary consideration form before scheduling the next call.
Concept Discussion
We want to make certain that you understand our company’s history and values before making the decision to jump on board. That’s why we conduct an hour-long video call that covers these topics and goes into detail about the range of services we offer as a leading senior care franchise. At the end of the hour, you’ll see what makes our brand stand out in the field of home care.
Training and Operations Discussion
This discussion will provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have come up with after reviewing our Franchise Disclosure Document. We’ll also detail our training and support infrastructure to give you a complete understanding of the ways in which our senior care franchise model is built to help you succeed.
Marketing and IT Discussion
As part of this call, we’ll cover all of our marketing programs and lay out the many resources that will be at your disposal to increase local awareness of your business. We’ll additionally educate you about the support offered by our IT team, who will help set up your location’s microsite and will always be just a call away.
Validation Call
During the process, we do weekly live validation calls each Wednesday at 12 p.m. Central. It’s a Q&A format with one franchisee on the call and multiple candidates. That way, as you go through our process, you can hear different experiences each week from different franchisees. We also have a library of validation recordings that you can listen to and gain excellent insight from our franchisees.
CEO Meeting
Before you join our franchise family, we want to get to know more about you and ensure we represent a good fit for each other. This call will be conducted with Peter Ross, our CEO and Co-Founder, and will both solidify your understanding of our mission and give us a better idea of your aims when it comes to business ownership
Meet the Team Day
Following the approval process, you’ll have the chance to meet our support team for what we call Meet the Team Day. During this last step before signing the franchise agreement, you will take part in individual meetings with our executive team and can look forward to engaging with each department on a personal level.
Becoming a Senior Care Franchise Owner
The education we offer doesn’t stop once you sign the franchise agreement. We’ll be by your side during every stage of business ownership, starting with an in-depth training experience that includes over 100 hours of combined online and classroom training. You’ll also benefit from one-on-one coaching and guidance with staffing and recruitment.
Furthermore, we’ll kickstart operations for your location with a tailored “Off to the Races” marketing plan that will help you land your first clients. From there, you can swiftly move on to fulfilling the Senior Helpers mission of delivering high-quality home care services.
