While the franchising process may be daunting, it can be made a lot smoother when you have a thorough understanding of that process’ various stages. Our franchisees take onboard a great deal of responsibility for the well being of seniors and their families, and it can be easy to wonder: am I actually prepared for this journey? Before investing in a senior care franchise, you want to be confident and enthusiastic about the journey, with clear expectations of what the future will look like.

At Senior Helpers, we’re committed to creating a smooth experience for our franchisees, which includes making sure you have all the information and training you need to be successful.

When it comes to navigating the intimidating early stages of starting a franchise, Senior Helpers makes it easy. We’ve crafted a step-by-step home care franchise process designed to answer all your questions, and give you the information you need to make an informed decision about starting a senior care franchise.

During the first phone call, we will review available franchise territory with you, and speak in general terms about your goals, background, and what you can expect from the investment. We will also ask you to fill out a short preliminary consideration form.

Concept Discussion

The is a one-hour video call in which we educate you about our company, history, and vision. We will review our range of services so you fully understand what makes our brand unique.

It’s important to feel like you’re part of a network of franchisees all with the same goal. We’ll connect you with current franchisees so you can get your questions answered first-hand by people who have been there before.

Training and Support

Our franchisee education process doesn’t end there, however. We give our franchisees access to our Senior Helpers University — an educational training program designed to prepare new franchisees for the many nuances of running a senior care franchise. This resource includes webinars, conference calls, and other educational media. Resources pertaining to operational, financial, and marketing aspects of the business will also be made readily available, and we encourage franchisees to take full advantage of them.
